Emergency tips

Emergencies are very stressful and can severely disrupt your life.  We have listed some tips below that can be helpful to you in an emergency:

Tip #1 - Call SERVPRO of Novi Commerce South at 248-344-0044, the company you can trust in any emergency! 

Tip #2 - Try to stay as calm as possible, you have called for help and we are on the way!

Tip #3 - Move items that can be saved to a non affected area such as the garage if possible

Tip #4 - Take pictures of the source and damaged items for your insurance company

Tip #5 - Always be aware of location of main water shut off valve

Tip #6 - Be informed of your insurance policy and of any limits such as water back ups
